- How can your Young Adult child can obtain a Residence permit §25a?
- How can a child obtain Residence permit through a parent with the possession of a Residence permit according to §32 and §25.5?
- Information about ongoing discussions in Parliament in regards to changes in the Nationality Law (how to become German by Nationality)?
During our discussions will be able to talk about how both parent and children can benefit from each other in case one of them has Residence Permit. There has been a few changes made to the §25a since the 31.12.2022 which maybe small but beneficial.
We will also have the chance to inform you on the ongoing discussions in Parliament concerning changes in German Citizenship Law in order to fight misinformation.
We will be able to also allocate some times for questions:
- What is Duldung?
- What other perspectives do I have if I want to change from Duldung to a better Residence status ?
